Custom projects
Working with us
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Custom web platforms and portals, mobile apps, integrations and data pipelines, AI assistants that answer from your own content, and websites from a small-business site to a full institutional redesign. We also take over and stabilize existing systems.
How does a project start?
With a free 30-minute discovery call. We listen to the problem, ask about users, data and constraints, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. If we are, you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and price before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
A standard website usually takes four to eight weeks. Custom software and AI projects run from a few weeks for a focused tool to several months for a full platform. Every proposal includes a timeline with review points.
Do you support software after launch?
Yes. We host, monitor, patch and improve the systems we build. Several client platforms have been in production with us for more than two years.
Where are you based, and who does the work?
We are a Toronto company working with clients across Canada and the USA. Senior people stay on your project from discovery to launch; there is no hand-off to a separate production team.
Do you use AI to build software?
We use modern AI-assisted tools to speed up development and raise quality. Every change is reviewed, tested and owned by a named engineer, and your code, content and accounts belong to you.
Accessibility and hosting
Standards and where data lives
Do you build to AODA and WCAG standards?
Yes. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which exceeds the WCAG 2.0 AA level that Ontario's AODA requires. We test with automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) and manually with keyboard and screen readers, and we can supply an accessibility statement and conformance summary at launch.
Can you host in Canada?
Yes. For organizations with data-residency requirements we deploy to AWS Canada (Central) in Montreal, so the website, database, backups and form submissions stay in Canada.
NeuraCap
About the platform
Who is NeuraCap for?
Investment banking and M&A advisory teams, private equity and growth investors, corporate development teams, and owners of private companies who want to see how the market would value their business.
Can NeuraCap analyze private companies?
Yes. You provide the financials and context; NeuraCap builds the public peer set, applies trading and transaction multiples, and returns a valuation range with the reasoning shown.
What data does NeuraCap use?
SEC filings, earnings transcripts, consensus estimates, public comparables, disclosed M&A transactions, press releases and broker research. Every figure in a report is tied to its source, and gaps are recorded rather than estimated.
Is NeuraCap a chatbot?
No. It is a company-evaluation platform. The Financial Assistant answers questions over one company's analysis using the evidence it has, with sources attached; it will not improvise about finance from outside that evidence.
How do I see a demo?
Request a NeuraCap demo through our contact form and a person will reply within one business day to set up a walkthrough. Sector research on neuracap.ai is free to read, with no account needed.
