The problems we hear

Small businesses, professional practices and operations teams.

  • The same questions answered by hand every day.
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders sent manually, or not at all.
  • Requests lost between inboxes.
  • Admin time that should be billable.

How we approach it

What we do about it

  1. 01

    Classify and route

Incoming email sorted by intent and routed to the right person or queue, with the ones that need a human flagged.

  2. 02

    Draft, then approve

AI-drafted replies from your templates and knowledge, reviewed by a person before sending for anything that matters.

  3. 03

    Confirm and remind automatically

Bookings, confirmations and reminders by email or SMS with consent, logged against the customer.

  4. 04

    Measure the hours

Volumes handled, response times and what still needs a person.

Tools and technology we typically use

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 automation
  • Zapier, Make, n8n
  • Language-model drafting with review queues
  • Twilio SMS with consent handling

We are not resellers. We recommend the option that fits your needs and data constraints.

Questions

About email & administrative automation

Will customers get AI-written emails?

Only if you choose that. Our default is AI drafts reviewed by a person, and fully automatic messages only for confirmations and reminders you have approved as templates.

Does this comply with Canadian anti-spam rules?

Automated messages follow the consent and unsubscribe requirements of CASL as part of the design; we document the consent records the system keeps.
