Accessibility, timelines and platforms

Do you build to AODA and WCAG standards?

Yes. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which exceeds the WCAG 2.0 AA level that Ontario's AODA requires. We test with automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) and manually with keyboard and screen readers, and we can supply an accessibility statement and conformance summary at launch.

Can you host in Canada?

Yes. For organizations with data-residency requirements we deploy to AWS Canada (Central) in Montreal, so the website, database, backups and form submissions stay in Canada.

How long does a website take?

A small-business package is usually live within days of approval. A standard business website takes four to eight weeks. A full institutional redesign with content migration runs four to nine months, with the structure approved in the first one to two months.

WordPress or custom?

Both, depending on who will maintain the site, what it must comply with and the five-year cost. We build disciplined WordPress sites with a small plugin set, and purpose-built Next.js sites with a staff admin panel when accessibility, security and ownership matter most.
