The business
Marble and stone suppliers that cut, finish, stock and deliver slabs to builders and retailers.
The problem
- Product, slab, size, finish and price details lived in separate spreadsheets and ledgers, so orders, stock and deliveries never agreed.
- Owners could not see revenue, expenses or outstanding balances without a day of reconciliation.
- Staff needed access to their own areas only, in English and Urdu.
How we solved it

Modules for ledger, customers, suppliers, factories, orders with sizes and finishes, logistics, inventory, stone processing, finance and employees.

Page-level permissions (view, edit, delete, analytics), multi-language and multi-currency support, and downloadable receipts and documents.

A React front end on a Django REST API, deployed per customer with its own database.
How they use it to grow

- Orders flow from quote to delivery voucher without re-entry, and owners read the dashboards instead of the ledgers.
